Wedding Coordination

Hawaii Wedding Photo is also a full-service Wedding Coordinating business. With an extensive network of wedding professionals who are established and reliable we can offer any service you could want for your special day.

If you are reading this page you are either considering a wedding in Maui County (Maui, Lanai or Molokai) or have already decided on one.  Wedding coordination requires a great deal of planning and attention to detail and if you are coming to paradise to get married chances are the last thing your want to be doing while here is stressing about all the details of your wedding and

 

why would you want to?  After all it your special day so why not let someone else take care of all the details and running around for you so you can relax on the beach or in the spa getting that special massage to help you relax and let go of all your worries.

We do not offer packages or pressure you in anyway to accept services you do not want. All weddings are customized and in most cases we will do three things that are a bit unordinary in this market:

1. We will create the perfect wedding that YOU envison and do all the work making it all you dreamed of; no cooker-cutter weddings here.

2. We will in most cases save you money (call us for details).

3. We will get back to you quickly and give you a quote after your initial consultation with no obligations.

When you decide to move forward we will begin working to secure your vendors and services to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.  No detail will be missed and your ceremony – and reception, if applicable – will be perfect!

We specialize in outdoor and indoor weddings and receptions as well as exotic and out of the way locations difficult to access.

Hawaii Wedding Photo's owner Kevin Lash works with his wife Kayla who is an Ordained Licensed Minister in the state of Hawai’i and an accomplished Massage Therapist (not licensed in Hawai’i) and a licensed Aromatherapist who assists with some coordinating details. She can also provide minister services, aromatherapy and ‘touch’ (massage) therapy.  She brings much energy, light and expertise to the table and is an invaluable partner.

Booking coordinating services with Hawaii Wedding Photo does not require using Hawaii Wedding Photo for photo services or Reverend Kayla Lash as a minister.  We can book other professionals for you or you can use someone else if you choose to book them on your own.
